One Step, Two Step

Frankie is officially a walker!

He took his first one, and then three steps at his birthday party, which was both great timing and incredibly endearing. But as of today, his officially preferred method of transport is two feet and some solid legs, as opposed to down on all fours. Of course, when he really needs to beat Mommy and/or Daddy to that naughty thing he is trying to grab before we do, crawling is the fastest way to get there. But, as for daily life, walking is FAR more fun!

That is, until he landed head first into the babysitter's stereo speaker and got a giant raspberry on his forehead. And tried to start running and ended up straight in the living room wall. And tried to catch Cutie, but learned how much it hurts to hit the linoleum kitchen floor with his face instead...

As a dear friend recently mentioned, "A bad walker can’t get into as much trouble as a master crawler!" So true, but we're not telling HIM that!
